At Zion Studios, we want you to love your purchase.
If something’s not right, here’s how we can help.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Returns must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not accept returns on:
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
- Swimwear or undergarments (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
How to Request a Return
- Email us at returns@zionstudiosdesign.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
- Pack the item securely and post it to the return address provided.
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
For change of mind, size issues, or incorrect selections: Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.
For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: We will cover return shipping costs.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm.
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or colour if the item is in stock.
To arrange an exchange:
- Follow the same steps as above, but let us know which size/colour you need.
- We will ship the replacement once we receive your returned item.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us at returns@zionstudiosdesign.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include photos of the item and packaging for faster resolution.
- We’ll offer a refund, replacement, or store credit – whichever you prefer.
