Refund policy

At Zion Studios, we want you to love your purchase. If something’s not right, here’s how we can help.



1. Eligibility for Returns


To be eligible for a return:

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Returns must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.


We do not accept returns on:

Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

Swimwear or undergarments (for hygiene reasons)

Gift cards



2. How to Request a Return

1. Email us at [Your Email] with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

3. Pack the item securely and post it to the return address provided.



3. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

For change of mind, size issues, or incorrect selections:

Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.

For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items:

We will cover return shipping costs.



4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or sent in error.



5. Exchanges


We offer exchanges for size or colour if the item is in stock.

To arrange an exchange:

Follow the same steps as above, but let us know which size/colour you need.

We will ship the replacement once we receive your returned item.



6. Faulty or Incorrect Items


If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Contact us at [Your Email] within 7 days of receiving your order.

Include photos of the item and packaging for faster resolution.

We’ll offer a refund, replacement, or store credit – whichever you prefer.
