• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking information.

4. Shipping Fees

Under $100	$9.95 Standard
Over $150	Free Standard Shipping
Express Option	$14.95 Flat rate

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. If you don’t receive this within 3 days, please check your spam folder or contact us at [Your Email].

6. Delays or Issues

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

• High order volumes

• Postal service disruptions

• Natural disasters or unforeseen events

We are not liable for delays once your package is in the hands of the courier.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

• If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the courier first.

8. Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
